Uploading an Item list with an unknown color

   When you upload a whole list that includes a new color, things get very messy.
   You should define the new color, but when done that and then you have one mistake in your liste, your entries for the color are gone.... have fun.
   I would suggest to not allow to create new colors & items when uploading a list, for me at least it results in frustrations.

   Damn, sorry about this - on it! 🫡

   Question: assuming I fix it today / tmr, would the preferred route for bulk uploads to be:
   1) New items -> hopefully no issues with UI here but lmk otherwise
   2) New colours -> can keep the inline new colour creator OR direct to colours separately and after repaste the bulk list

   What kind of typo was it? 🤔

   I'll say focus more on other issues and require all colors to be defined already.
   For a start this is enough.
