At The Kalborg Forge, we carefully prepare every order before sending it on its journey. Whether you've purchased a custom figure, rare original piece, custom part, or an entire set, we want your treasures to arrive safely at their new home.
📦 WHERE WE SHIP
The Kalborg Forge ships worldwide through Canada Post, with one exception:
🇺🇸 United States
We currently do not ship to the United States.
Due to current tariffs, customs requirements, and the additional costs associated with shipping merchandise into the United States, we are unable to offer U.S. shipping at this time.
We apologize to our American customers for the inconvenience and hope to be able to reopen shipping to the United States in the future.
🌎 Everywhere Else
We ship to Canada and international destinations around the world where Canada Post service is available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
⚒️ OUR SHIPPING PROCESS
Every order is carefully inspected and packed before leaving the Forge. We take particular care with vintage pieces, custom figures, and fragile collectibles to help protect them during their journey.
Orders are shipped using Canada Post, and tracking information will be provided when available.
Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
