Old GuardHere since the early days — one of BlokBlok's first members. It would be helpful to identify if a listing for a set is complete or not and if it's not complete maybe have a note on what is missing. So a kind of status would be helpful for contributors.
Like:
- No listing
- complete listing
- Almost complete listing
- incomplete listing
or something like that. - · edited 26d ago

Old GuardHere since the early days — one of BlokBlok's first members.AdminBlokBlok administrator.Hey @5N00P1 – hmmmm. I don't think I fully get it, sorry! Can u provide more details:
- No listing: what do you mean by this?
- Complete/almost/incomplete: we would need some sort of benchmark for this, and I am not sure we have one... Items (e.g. sets) do have a part and figure count on top – and that's an 'official' count taken from instructions where present, not calculated from inventory logged. So if inventory counter is lower than an 'official' counter – then something is probably missing! But I heard that there are plenty of sets where factual parts are different from instructions...Lmk!

Old GuardHere since the early days — one of BlokBlok's first members.Ok, how to explain? Try to look at it not so much as a developer of the site, but from a users perspective. And with user I also mean myself so someone maybe contributing.
I look at a set, like the FFB55Aspect of Glass it has now a lot of items, is this set complete in terms of the parts included? How can I distinguish this? With BrickLink it's easy, the list we see as users are complete, but I'm sure something is happening in the background similar to here.
So as someone helping:
Which sets are complete and don't need further attention?
Which sets are empty and need full uploads?
Which sets are almost complete (FFB55Aspect of Glass) but for whatever reason need some more work? And then the same for a user I look at an item list, is this complete? Or only a partial one?
Does this makes sense to you?

Old GuardHere since the early days — one of BlokBlok's first members.I'm looking at HKF85‘77 Pontiac Firebird and it's listed with 200 parts, is this legit? Are any parts correct? Maybe someone just started? I don't know! And this would be something I'm hoping for.

Old GuardHere since the early days — one of BlokBlok's first members.AdminBlokBlok administrator.Hey @5N00P1 waddup! V1 of the 'item completion' is out and live now. Each item now has 2 tags:
1) 'Details completion' – Incomplete / Complete. That's stuff like year released, brand era, pic, etc. Includes part & figure counters on top of page – these are 'official' counters that can be different from factual (at least so I heard). If no 'official' count is logged, then the counter defaults to logged inventory counter with a clear note, or zeroes in case there's nothing
2) 'Inventory completion' – Nothing / Partly / Looks Complete / Verified. That's the actual accuracy of the inventory. One can signal the set to be ready for review via a button near the inventory 'Looks complete? Mark for review'.
You can check the overall statuses in here w/filters: https://blokblok.io/contribute/completion
1) If (almost) all details are complete -> marked as such
2) If all inventory is verified -> marked as such
3) If the 'official' inventory counter is different from verified logged, the 'official' is replaced by the logged one -> that's where I'd appreciate opinionsIn any case, hope it works and useful – welcome any thoughts!

Old GuardHere since the early days — one of BlokBlok's first members.@Shimku I'm trying to think through this and have a couple of questions. Is the status only related to the brick part of the set, so not instructions (are you tracking if they are e.g. 2 booklets?) and no box. But more important, does it include spare parts?
"Looks complete" sounds a bit strange to me. As it seems to be completed but not verified, so maybe "Completion - pending" or something like that is more accurate? - 5N5N00P1
Old GuardHere since the early days — one of BlokBlok's first members. What would help for a review to complete a list, if all pending changes have been processed. So I can do a review afterwards.

Old GuardHere since the early days — one of BlokBlok's first members. What I realized while rewiewing a listing, I checked if every item from the instructions are included in the list, but.... the list here on BlokBlok might have to many entries, currently checken #DTW69 and there was an item not included in the instructions.
So I think it would be very beneficial if the list could be sorted the same way as the instructions, would make checking much easier and allow to check both at the same time!
