🔥 1. ABOUT THE FORGE
The Kalborg Forge is an independent store specializing in custom figures, custom parts, original construction pieces, collectibles, and sets.
Our custom products are created for collectors, builders, hobbyists, and fans who wish to expand or personalize their collections.
The Kalborg Forge is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by MEGABLOKS, Mattel, or any other third-party brand unless explicitly stated.
References to third-party brands are used only to describe compatibility, inspiration, or the origin of genuine pieces.
🐉 2. CUSTOM FIGURES & CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Many products offered by The Kalborg Forge are custom-made, modified, assembled, painted, printed, or otherwise altered products.
Because custom products are individually produced:
Minor variations between products may occur.
Colors may differ slightly from photographs depending on lighting, displays, materials, and production batches.
Small imperfections may occur as part of the manufacturing or finishing process.
Product dimensions and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown.
Custom figures may not be identical to commercially manufactured figures.
By purchasing a custom product, the buyer acknowledges that it is a custom creation rather than a mass-produced factory product.
⚔️ 3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOGRAPHS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and quantities are accurate.
However, photographs may not perfectly represent the actual appearance of a product.
For custom and vintage products, the photographs may represent the specific item being sold or may be representative of the product style.
If the condition of an individual item is important to you, please contact us before purchasing.
🏰 4. ORIGINAL & VINTAGE PIECES
Original pieces and vintage products may show signs of previous use, age, storage, or manufacturing variation.
Unless otherwise stated, vintage or used items should not be expected to have the same condition as newly manufactured products.
Any known significant defects, damage, missing components, or alterations will be described in the product listing whenever reasonably possible.
🔨 5. CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom orders, production will generally begin after the order and requested specifications have been confirmed.
Depending on the complexity of the project, custom orders may require additional production time.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
If you require a specific color, character design, accessory, piece, or configuration, please ensure that your specifications are correct before confirming your order.
The Kalborg Forge may contact the customer if clarification is required before production.
💰 6. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated by the store.
The Kalborg Forge reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
A price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for.
Orders must be paid in full before they are processed unless another arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon.
📦 7. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped using Canada Post.
We currently ship to Canada and international destinations where Canada Post service is available.
🇺🇸 United States
We currently do not ship to the United States due to tariffs and associated shipping/customs costs.
The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside the control of The Kalborg Forge, including postal delays, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, or other events.
🌎 8. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.
These charges are not controlled by The Kalborg Forge and are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.
The Kalborg Forge is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
🔥 9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because many of our products are custom-made or individually modified, certain custom products may not be eligible for return simply because the buyer has changed their mind.
If you receive an item that is:
Incorrect;
Significantly different from what was ordered;
Damaged during shipping; or
Missing an item or component that was included in the listing;
please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any damage so that we can properly investigate the issue.
Any approved return or replacement will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
🛡️ 10. DAMAGED ORDERS
Please inspect your package when it arrives.
If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, document the damage with photographs and contact The Kalborg Forge promptly.
We may require photographs of both the product and its packaging when determining the appropriate resolution.
Do not immediately discard damaged packaging, as it may be required for a postal claim.
⚒️ 11. CUSTOM FIGURE CARE
Custom figures may contain small or delicate components.
Collectors should handle custom products with reasonable care.
The Kalborg Forge is not responsible for damage caused by:
Excessive force;
Improper assembly or disassembly;
Modification by the customer;
Exposure to excessive heat or moisture;
Improper storage;
Normal wear and tear; or
Use outside the intended purpose of the product.
Some custom parts may be intended primarily for display and collecting rather than heavy play.
🐲 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Kalborg Forge respects the intellectual property of third-party companies, designers, artists, and creators.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos, characters, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
The sale of a custom or modified product does not imply ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or represent The Kalborg Forge's original designs, artwork, photographs, or custom creations as their own without permission.
📸 13. PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHS & CONTENT
All original photographs, artwork, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and other content created by The Kalborg Forge remain the property of The Kalborg Forge unless otherwise indicated.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, or commercially use our original content without prior permission.
🚫 14. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only before production or fulfillment has begun, where reasonably possible.
Custom orders that have already entered production may not be cancellable because materials, labor, and production time may already have been committed.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
⚠️ 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Kalborg Forge is not responsible for losses, delays, damages, or expenses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Postal delays;
Customs delays;
Incorrect addresses supplied by customers;
Weather events;
Transportation disruptions;
Lost or delayed packages after shipment;
Damage resulting from improper handling after delivery; or
Customer modifications to products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
